Services and eligibility

Empire Sports Picks provides sports information, analysis, and bankroll-management education. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide inside information. Services are intended for adults; legal wagering ages and rules vary by location. You are responsible for determining whether sports wagering is lawful where you are and for your own decisions and finances.

No guaranteed outcomes

All information and recommendations are professional opinions based on research, data, and public information. Sports gambling involves risk. No outcome, profit, or bankroll growth is guaranteed. You may lose some or all of the money you wager. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.

Memberships, prices, and trials

Available packages, prices, and access periods are described on the website or confirmed before payment. Packages currently displayed are one-time fees and do not automatically renew. The website currently advertises a three-day trial and a $50 promotional offer for texted Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 information. To request details, text FREE PROMO to 516-477-5760. Confirm the offer's exact access period and terms before purchase.

Pay for the 1 Week ($125), Month ($250), Season ($500), Level 7 ($1,000), or Level 10 ($2,500) package through IDI Secure Pay using the button for that package. Each checkout uses the displayed fixed price. IDI processes the card payment and provides a receipt; payment does not automatically create a website account or activate access. Contact 516-477-5760 with your receipt to arrange package access. Level 7 requires a $5,000 minimum bankroll; Level 10 requires a $10,000 minimum bankroll.

Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. Empire Sports Picks does not offer refunds after a purchase is completed. Access is for the period selected at purchase; there is no separate cancellation process for a completed one-time purchase. You may choose not to make another purchase after your access period ends. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Texts and inquiries

A text-consent checkbox on the inquiry form authorizes a text about that specific request only. It does not authorize recurring promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask Empire Sports Picks to stop contacting you by text at any time. See the Privacy and Cookie Notice.
