Privacy and Cookie Notice

Who operates this site

This website is operated under the name EmpireSportsPicks, which presents services as Empire Sports Picks. For privacy questions, contact brianpelli25@gmail.com.

Information in a membership inquiry

The application asks for your name, phone number, city and state, starting-bankroll range, answers about your current betting and use of other sports services, willingness to bet progressively and reinvest profits, occupation, and a 30-day financial goal. It also requires your agreement to a text about the application. These answers are requested so the application can be reviewed for the bankroll-building program and a relevant next step can be provided. Do not include payment-card or bank-account information.

When submitted, the page opens your device's email application and prepares a message containing your answers for brianpelli25@gmail.com. The website does not send that email itself; you must send it from your email application.

The website does not store inquiry form entries in a site database. If you send the prepared email, the details are handled by your email provider and the recipient's email provider, then retained in the business email account as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Contact us at the address above with a data question or deletion request; records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Text messages

Checking the application consent box authorizes a text response about that application only. Separately, texting FREE PROMO to 516-477-5760 is a user-initiated request for information about the advertised three-day trial and $50 promotional offer for texted Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 information. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask Empire Sports Picks to stop contacting you by text at any time. The messaging provider, if used, processes the phone number to deliver requested messages under its own terms and privacy practices.

Hosting and third-party services

The website is hosted with Namecheap. It also loads web fonts from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS browser package from jsDelivr. Those services receive standard technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and the resource requested, when your browser loads their assets. Their handling of that information is governed by their respective privacy notices. Email providers handle any inquiry you choose to send.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

Empire Sports Picks currently does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or advertising profiles, and does not sell personal information. This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. It does not currently use optional analytics or advertising storage, so there is no optional cookie-consent banner. Hosting providers and third-party asset providers may process technical request data under their own practices. This notice will be updated before optional tracking technologies are introduced.

Payments and other information

Package payments use IDI Secure Pay. This page loads IDI's payment script, which receives standard technical request information. Selecting a package opens IDI's checkout with the fixed package amount and a unique reference identifying the selected package and payment attempt. IDI collects payment details and receipt contact information in its checkout under its own terms and privacy practices. Full card numbers go to the payment processor, not to this website or its server. IDI provides a receipt and records the transaction for Empire Sports Picks.

This website does not collect payment-card or bank-account details through the membership inquiry form. Do not include financial account details in an email inquiry.

Adults and updates

Services are intended for adults. Sports wagering eligibility and minimum age vary by location; you are responsible for complying with local law. This notice may be updated when site practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
